The private investigation offices are obliged to comply with the law 3206/2003 set out in the Government Gazette 298/A/23.12.2003 and concerns private investigators.

Child Surveillance: it can be conducted only upon request and always with the legal agreement (in writing) of the guardians. For the surveillance of minors we can collect information to determine how they behave outside the family environment, their gathering spots and the people they meet; in addition we collect useful addresses and contact information in order to prevent or stop possible encounters with suspicious people or interference in illegal activities.

The surveillance of a child is a highly sensitive issue and should be done with absolute discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity, always respecting the psychology and individuality of each child.
